Evaluation Framework for Innovation Vouchers
Yorkshire Forward commissioned Innovas Consulting Ltd to produce an evaluation framework and Key Performance Indicators to assess the success of their investment in the Innovation Vouchers scheme and make recommendations for the future development of the project.
Infonomics provided support to:
- review the business case; identifying and contrasting the relevant market failures that provide a rationale for intervention and discussing the role of innovation vouchers in the context of innovation support from the RDA;
- prepare a logic chain and impact model;
- identify key performance indicators to help guide the project towards making a bigger and more focussed net impact.
